I returned for a second visit to “PBN Friday with Howard Dicus,” a local Hawaii business news television program, this time discussing my upcoming presentation to the National Restaurant Association and demonstrating techniques that restaurants can use to improve coffee quality. Water was boiled, coffee was ground, steeped and pressed; fun was had by all. It was a good appearance.
