Too bad that our UH (incl. the aforementioned research station for coffee in Kainaliu) nowadays is too much gagged by the huge grands it receives from Syngenta, Monsanto. The independent, academic quality research ( eg being critical against GMO research on coffee, incl filed tests) is not possible anymore.

As being an island resident himself, I encourage Andrew to always offer his much needed perspective to give to us Kona coffee farmers. Desperately needed for the knuckle heads we all are :0)
