SCAA Cupping Judge Class offered in January

Coffee Lab International and the Specialty Coffee Association of America is unveiling its new 5-day SCAA Cupping Judge class January 14, 2008 at the Coffee Lab facility in Waterbury, VT.

This 5 Day Intensive is designed to refine the sensory skills necessary to properly identify, cup and grade coffees from around the globe. Comprehensive exercises identify and develop one’s sensory and olfactory skills through triangulation, organic acid profiling, tasting thresholds, cupping and grading. Successful completion earns the title of S.C.A.A. Cupping Judge. This course is a teaching preparation to the “Q Grader Exam”.
