The Texas Restaurant Association expo is the largest foodservice show in the Southwest. The show will be held at the Dallas Convention Center, June 24-26.

At the event, don’t miss the Barista Competition. Cuvee Coffee and the Texas Restaurant Association are hosting the annual South Central Regional Barista Competition at the event. The SCRBC is a regional qualifying event for the US Barista Championship that will be held in Minneapolis in 2008.
