Yep. It’s that time again. The Introduction to Espresso lectures this year at the Specialty Coffee Association of America’ annual conference in Atlanta are bigger than ever. We have a total of 15 stations setup that will need qualified espresso instructors to pull shots (both good and bad) and demonstrate milk frothing techniques.
Speaking on behalf of the Saturday, April 18th morning class led by me and Allen Leibowitz of Zingerman’s Coffee Company, we need at least another seven good instructors to help out; I suspect that the other sessions are all in a similar position (Saturday afternoon lab, Sunday morning lecture and afternoon lab).
