أندروا هيتزيل من مؤسسة CafeMakers يحضر مؤتمر الخليج الافتتاحي للقهوة.

Andrew Hetzel of coffee industry consulting firm CafeMakers has joined a distinguished group of experts who will present at the Specialty Coffee and Tea Convention this November in Dubai.

“I am very enthusiastic about the future of specialty coffee in the Gulf,” says Hetzel. “The Specialty Coffee and Tea Conference in Dubai and first U.A.E. Barista Championship prove that there is demand for specialty coffee that will create new business opportunities for investors and jobs in coffee throughout the GCC.”

Described as the first international specialty coffee and tea event crafted for the Arab world, the event’s symposium boasts an impressive lineup of featured speakers, including Jose Sette, Head of Operations for the United Nations-founded International Coffee Organization, and Ric Rhinehart, Executive Director of the Specialty Coffee Association of America, the world’s largest coffee trade association.

Attendees of Mr. Hetzel’s Improving the Quality of Coffee session will learn key elements of specialty coffee preparation, quality analysis and control. Case examples will highlight critical success factors necessary to implement and maintain successful specialty coffee programs in the Gulf.
