At this year’s National Restaurant Association conference in Chicago on May 21st, I presented, “Achieve Grande Profits from your Coffee Service, for Not a Latte Money.” It’s a cutesy title but an important topic: transitioning from viewing coffee service in restaurants from an expense to a profit item for the benefit of all.
